唔使數秒：聽到「嘀」一聲先放手（通常 5–10 秒）。跟住畀佢成一分鐘 —— 靜一靜、響三聲、慢慢畫個新畫面，然後個芒會話你知點做落去。設定頁係部機自己開嘅，唔使插線，用電話就得。以後想改，撳返同一個掣。

Don't count seconds — hold the green button until you hear the beep, usually 5 to 10 seconds. Then give it a full minute: it goes quiet, plays three rising tones, redraws slowly, and tells you what to do next on its own screen. That settings page is served by the device itself — no cable, works from a phone. Same button any time you want to change something.

呢一頁淨係教你睇 · This page is only the instructions 呢一頁連唔到你部裝置，亦冇儲低任何嘢 —— 真正嘅設定頁喺部機自己度行，你部電話要同佢喺同一個 WiFi（或者連上佢自己個熱點）先開得到。 This page never talks to your device and stores nothing. The real settings page runs on the device itself; your phone reaches it over your home Wi-Fi, or the device's own hotspot.

點樣入設定Getting in

  1. 撳住個綠色掣，直到聽到「嘀」一聲先放手。通常 5–10 秒，唔好數秒數，聽到聲先算。（撳一下唔同 —— 嗰個係聲控。）Press and hold the green button until you hear the beep. Usually 5 to 10 seconds — wait for the sound, don't let go on a count. A short tap does something else — that's the voice button.
  2. 個「嘀」聲響嗰陣你隻手仲撳住 —— 即係話「夠鐘喇，放得手」。That tone sounds while the button is still down. It means “long enough — you can let go now”.
  3. 放手之後會靜一靜（幾秒，慢就廿秒）—— 佢喺度駁 WiFi 同對時。冇聲、個芒又唔郁都係正常嘅。After you release there's a silent pause — a few seconds, up to twenty on a slow network — while it joins Wi-Fi and syncs the clock. No sound, no movement: still fine.
  4. 跟住會響三聲，一聲高過一聲 —— 即係真係入咗設定模式，開始畫新畫面。Then three rising tones: it's in setup mode and has started drawing.
  5. 畫個芒仲要大概 30 秒，期間停喺舊畫面。由放手到見到 QR，成一分鐘都正常。Drawing takes about another 30 seconds, with the panel still holding the old image. A full minute from letting go to seeing the QR is normal.
  6. 新畫面出咗之後，睇下係落面邊一個。When it appears, check which of the two below it is.
電唔夠嘅時候 · When the battery is low 電量低過 3.50 V 就唔肯入設定，改為出一個紅色嘅「叉住電先設定　Plug in to set up」畫面，寫住實際幾多伏。插上 USB-C 電源，再撳住綠色掣直到「嘀」一聲就得。個畫面大約五分鐘就會自己變返平時嘅內容 —— 唔係壞咗。 Below 3.50 V the device refuses to open setup mode and draws a red “plug in to set up” screen with its actual voltage. Connect USB-C power, then hold the green button until it beeps again. That screen clears itself after about five minutes and normal content returns — nothing is broken.

部機會出其中一個畫面One of two screens

第一次用，部機未識得你屋企個 WiFi，會出畫面 A 叫你設定。設定好之後，之後每次入設定都係畫面 B。

下面兩幅係示意圖，個 QR 都係畫出嚟嘅 —— 真嘅喺你部機個芒度。Both panels below are drawings, not screenshots, and the QR blocks are decorative — the real ones are on your device.

A個芒寫住「設定 WiFi」 · The screen says “設定 WiFi / Set up WiFi”

咁就去設定 WiFiThen: set up Wi-Fi

  1. 用電話相機掃左邊個 QR，加入部機自己嘅 WiFi「YAT-xxxx」。掃唔到就去手機 WiFi 設定手動揀 —— 密碼印咗喺個芒度。Scan the left QR with your phone's camera to join the device's own network, “YAT-xxxx”. Can't scan? Pick it by hand in your Wi-Fi settings — the password is on the screen.
  2. 加入之後，設定頁通常會自己彈出。等一等，唔使即刻自己打網址；等咗大半分鐘都未見，先掃右邊嗰個 QR。Once you join, the page usually pops up by itself. Give it a moment. Only if nothing appears after ~30 seconds, scan the right-hand QR.
  3. 揀你屋企個 WiFi，入密碼，撳儲存。要揀 2.4 GHz 嗰個 —— 部機連唔到淨係得 5 GHz 嘅網絡，呢個係最常見嘅甩轆位。Pick your home Wi-Fi, type the password, save. It must be the 2.4 GHz network — the chip cannot join 5 GHz-only networks, by far the most common failure.
  4. 撳咗儲存之後，個芒仲會停喺呢個 WiFi 畫面大概半分鐘，冇「儲存中…」之類提示。佢喺度收檔、對時、畫下一個畫面。咪撳嘢，等佢。After you tap Save, this same Wi-Fi screen stays up for about half a minute, with no “saving…” message. It is closing the setup network, syncing the clock, and drawing the next screen. Don't tap anything, just wait.
  5. 個芒自己變成畫面 B，就代表 WiFi 入好咗，唔使再撳掣。When the screen changes to screen B on its own, the Wi-Fi is saved — no second button press needed.

咁就開得設定頁Then: open the settings page

  1. 用電話：相機掃個大 QR，設定頁就會喺瀏覽器開 —— 部電話要駁緊同一個屋企 WiFi。On a phone: point the camera at the big QR and the page opens in your browser. Your phone needs to be on the same home Wi-Fi as the device.
  2. 用電腦：照個芒印住嗰個名打入瀏覽器，好似 http://yat-a13c.local。落面個格幫你打少幾個字。On a computer: type the name printed on the screen, like http://yat-a13c.local. The box below saves you the typing.
  3. 個 .local 名次次都一樣，可以收藏做書籤。開唔到（有啲網絡唔支援 .local）就照抄個芒嗰串數字網址。The .local name never changes, so it's safe to bookmark. If it won't open (some networks don't support .local), type the numeric address the screen also prints.
  4. 屋企個路由器唔畀兩部機互相見到（有啲會咁）？就照個芒藍色後備區：手動連 WiFi「YAT-xxxx」入密碼，再開 http://192.168.4.1，一樣入到同一個設定頁。If your router isolates devices from each other (some do), follow the blue fallback block on the screen: join the device's own Wi-Fi「YAT-xxxx」by hand with the password shown, then open http://192.168.4.1 — same page, other route.
個芒紅字寫住「屋企 WiFi 連唔上」 · If the screen says it can't reach your Wi-Fi 即係記住咗嗰個 WiFi 今次連唔上（改咗密碼、換咗路由器、或者一時收唔到）。大 QR 會變成連去部機自己個 WiFi，掃完喺瀏覽器打 http://192.168.4.1 就入到設定。想改 WiFi 就撳住綠色掣直到「嘀」一聲，再嚟過 —— 個芒都會咁寫。 The saved network didn't come up this time — a changed password, a new router, or just a bad moment. The big QR becomes the device's own Wi-Fi instead; join it and open http://192.168.4.1. To change the saved network, hold the green button until it beeps again, as the screen says.

瀏覽器話「不安全 Not Secure」 · Your browser will say “Not Secure” 正常嚟嘅，唔使驚。條網址係 http:// 開頭，冇加密證書 —— 因為佢根本冇出過你屋企個網絡，淨係你部電話同部機之間講嘢，唔經任何公司嘅伺服器。 Expected, and safe here. The address is plain http:// because a device on your own network cannot hold a certificate for a name only your house knows. Nothing you type leaves your home network — no server in the middle.

入到設定頁之後Once you're in

揀你想睇嘅嘢Pick your pages

成個頁面庫就喺設定頁度 —— 天氣、警告、巴士同港鐵、潮汐、新聞、家庭告示板。一部機最多放 16 版，撳掣就轉到。

The whole pack library is in there — weather, warnings, bus and MTR, tides, news, a family noticeboard. Up to 16 pages per device; the buttons flip between them.

撳儲存，等佢畫Save, then let it draw

撳儲存之後，部機要大概 30 秒重畫個芒。呢 30 秒佢唔會應你，連自己個熱點都會斷一斷 —— 設定頁會自己等，搞掂會話返你知。唔好狂撳，唔好熄咗個頁。

Saving triggers a ~30 second redraw during which the device answers nothing and its own hotspot briefly drops. The page waits it out and tells you when it's done. Don't refresh, don't close the tab.

撳「完成」就收工Press “done” when you're finished

畫完，你揀嘅版就會出返嚟，底下有條藍色帶寫住「設定緊 · 喺手機撳「完成」收工」。撳「完成」條帶就消失，部機照舊去瞓。唔記得撳都唔緊要 —— 十分鐘冇郁佢自己收工，一樣畫返正常畫面。

Your page comes back with a blue band across the bottom reading “Setup mode — tap Done on your phone”. Pressing Done clears the band and returns the device to its normal cycle. Forgot to press it? After ten idle minutes it does the same thing by itself.

佢自己會收工 · Both screens close themselves 設定唔會一直開住，開住即係一直著住個 WiFi 電台食電。十分鐘冇人掂過，兩個畫面都會自己收工：
  • 畫面 B（揀內容）—— 個芒畫返你揀嘅版，藍色帶消失，部機照舊去瞓。
  • 畫面 A（設定 WiFi）—— 部機去瞓，半個鐘後自己再試連舊網絡（唔會抹走記住咗嘅 WiFi）。
收工唔係壞咗，亦冇嘢會唔見。想再入返去，同一個動作：撳住綠色掣直到「嘀」一聲。（喺設定頁度撳嚟撳去都會重新計過十分鐘，唔會做到一半熄。） Setup doesn't stay open — that would keep the Wi-Fi radio lit. After ten minutes with nobody touching it, both screens close by themselves: screen B goes back to drawing your pages and drops the blue band; screen A sleeps and quietly retries the saved network half an hour later, without forgetting it. Nothing is lost. To get back in, the same gesture as always: hold the green button until it beeps. Using the settings page keeps resetting the ten minutes, so it won't close under you mid-job.
之後想改 · Changing it later 以後想加版、改設定、調次序，都係同一招：撳住綠色掣直到「嘀」一聲，掃個 QR。唔使插線、唔使開電腦、唔使開帳戶。 Adding a page, changing settings or reordering later is the same gesture: hold the green button until it beeps and scan the QR. No cable, no computer, no account.

撳一下，同佢講嘢Tap it and talk

同一個綠色掣：撳住到「嘀」一聲係入設定，撳一下就放手係同佢講你想睇邊版。

唔記得可以講咩？· Forgot what you can say? 同時撳兩個箭咀掣（← ＋ →）會出一頁幫助，寫住你啲版同可以講嘅嘢。撳任何一個掣就返返去。 Press both arrow buttons together for a help page listing your pages and what you can say. Any button takes you back. Day to day, each page also prints its own words along the bottom edge.

點樣用How

撳一下綠色掣，等佢「嘀」一聲高音先開口 —— 嗰聲即係「講啦」。講出你想睇嗰版嘅名，好似「天氣」、「新聞」、「小巴」、「潮汐」、「恒指」。佢錄大約四秒，之後低一度「嘀」返一聲，就轉版，再用大概 30 秒重畫。

Tap the green button and wait for the high beep before speaking — that beep means “go”. Say the name of a page: “天氣”, “news”, “minibus”, “tides”. It records about four seconds, chirps lower to say it has you, then switches page and takes ~30 seconds to redraw.

要先入一條語音 keyIt needs a voice key first

把聲要交畀聽寫服務變返文字，所以要一條你自己嘅 key。喺設定頁碌到「部機嘅設定」→「語音 key」，貼落去撳「存落部機」（唔使撳大隻嗰個「儲存」）。冇 key 一樣睇到所有版，淨係唔可以用把口轉版。

Speech is turned into words by a transcription service, so it needs a key of your own. In the settings page, scroll to Device settings → Voice key, paste it, and press Save key. Everything else works without one.

聽個聲就知點The sounds tell you

輕輕「嘀嘀」兩下 —— 收到你撳，但做唔到：未入 key，或者未設定 WiFi，個咪根本冇開過。
高音一聲 —— 講啦。跟住低一度嗰聲 —— 錄完，處理緊。
兩聲由低升高 —— 認到，轉緊版，跟住重畫。
一下低沉長「嘟」 —— 認唔出，或者一時上唔到網，版面唔會變。可以試返頁面庫入面嗰個名。

Two soft chirps on the same note: heard the press, can't act — no key yet, or no Wi-Fi; the microphone never powered. One high beep: speak. A lower one: recording done. A rising pair: recognised, switching. One long low buzz: not recognised, or it couldn't reach the network — the page is left alone.

呢一步會出街 · This is the one part that leaves your home YAT 其他嘢都唔經中介，聲控唔同：你講嗰四秒會上傳去你自己揀嗰間聽寫服務。唔想就唔好入 key —— 冇 key，個咪永遠唔會開，撳極都係嗰兩聲。 Everything else YAT does goes straight to public APIs with nothing in between. Voice is the exception: those four seconds are uploaded to the transcription service whose key you supplied. Don't want that? Don't add a key — the microphone is then never powered at all, and the button just chirps.

撳咗一排，都仲未有「嘀」聲Held it a while — still no beep咪放手，繼續撳住。部機醒返先開始計時，所以由你撳落去嗰刻計，隨時七、八秒先響（十秒都試過）。聽到聲先放手 —— 數住秒數就放，係最常見嘅甩轆位。再唔係就係撳錯咗掣，或者電唔夠（插上 USB-C 電源再試）。Keep holding. The device needs a moment to wake before it starts counting, so from your finger's side it can take seven or eight seconds, sometimes ten. Release only on the sound — letting go on a count is the single most common miss. Otherwise it's the wrong button, or the battery: plug in USB-C power and retry.
放咗手，成分鐘都靜英英、個芒又唔郁Silence and a still screen for a minute after letting go正常。放手之後佢靜靜哋駁 WiFi 同對時（幾秒到廿秒），再響三聲，跟住畫成 30 秒。由放手計成一分鐘都仲正常，過咗一分半鐘都冇變先當佢冇入到設定。Expected. After you let go it silently joins Wi-Fi and syncs the clock (a few seconds, up to ~20), then plays three tones, then spends ~30 seconds drawing. A full minute from release is still normal. Only treat it as failed after about 90 seconds.
掃咗個 QR，個頁開唔到Scanned the QR, the page won't open部電話要駁緊同一個 WiFi。仲係唔得就照個芒藍色後備區：手動連部機自己嘅熱點，再開 http://192.168.4.1。Your phone must be on the same Wi-Fi. If it still fails, follow the screen's blue fallback block: join the device's own hotspot by hand and open http://192.168.4.1.
掃到 QR，但個頁得一版白底黑字，寫住「介面載入唔到 — 檢查手機有冇上網」The QR works, but the page is a plain page reading “介面載入唔到 / Couldn't load the interface — check your phone has internet”部機冇壞，佢好好哋咁應緊你 —— 呢版就係佢自己嘅後備版。靚嗰個介面要即場由呢個網站攞落嚟，所以係你部電話上唔到網（或者一時連唔到呢個站）。部機嘅狀態同版清單照樣見到，淨係暫時揀唔到新版。整返部電話上網，再開同一條網址就得。The device is fine — it is answering you, and this plain page is its own built-in fallback. The richer interface is fetched live from this website, so what failed is your phone's internet (or its route to this site). Status and page list still work; only browsing the library is unavailable. Get the phone back online and open the same address again.
設定頁做到一半冇咗反應The settings page stops responding halfway八成係部機畫緊個芒（30 秒）。等佢。真係唔見咗，就撳多次綠色掣、聽到「嘀」一聲先放手，重新入設定 —— 已經儲存咗嘅嘢唔會冇。Almost always the ~30 second redraw. Wait it out. If it really is gone, hold the green button until it beeps again — anything already saved is still saved.
撳一下綠色掣，得輕輕「嘀嘀」兩聲，之後乜都冇A tap on the green button gives two soft chirps and nothing else呢兩聲即係「收到，但做唔到」。多數係仲未入語音 key（設定頁 →「部機嘅設定」→「語音 key」，睇第 04 節），再唔係就係未設定過 WiFi。同樣兩聲亦代表「得一版嘢，冇得轉」—— 先加多一版再用左右掣。Those two chirps mean “heard you, can't act”. Usually there is no voice key yet — settings page → Device settings → Voice key, see section 04 — or the device has no Wi-Fi saved. The same pair also means “only one page is installed, nowhere to step”; add a second page first.
入面完全冇版There are no pages at all新機就係咁 —— 佢會出一版歡迎頁，等你揀第一版嘢睇。That's a brand-new device. It shows a welcome page until you choose your first one.
部機根本未燒錄過The device has no firmware yet要先用電腦（Chrome / Edge）燒一次韌體：燒錄頁。Flash it once from a computer running Chrome or Edge — see the flash page.
